These are measurements of the actual glove. Latex gloves should be 1/4" - 1" tighter than your measurements in order to fit properly. The finger area on the gloves stretch very little though. 
 
Small:
Knuckle circumference:  6.5"- 6.75"
Bicep/top of glove: 8"
 
Medium:
Knuckle circumference: 7.5" - 8"
Bicep/top of glove: 9"
 
Large:
Knuckle circumference: 8.5" - 9"
Bicep/top of glove: 10"
 
Extra Large:
Knuckle circumference:  9.5" - 10"
Bicep/top of glove: 11"
 
The length of the gloves is about 23"- 26" from middle finger to top
